Enter the exciting world of the third trimester! Each week you will recive an email with new stretches, exercises, mindfullness strategies and educational information to guide you through the physical changes in your body during the third trimester. You will learn specific stretches that are intrical to your continued progress and preperation for labor. We will conitnue with exercises to maintain stability of the core and pelvic floor as well as combating common postural changes as your beutiful belly conitues to take form. During this course you will also learn breathing techniques and mindfullness strategies to tune in with yourself and prepar for labor. This course spans over 12 weeks and is followed up with the postpartum conditioning course offered.
