Second Trimester conditioning
Enter the exciting world of second trimester! This course will begin with teaching you modifications to your daily routine and sports as your baby is growing. Each week you will recive an email with new stretches, exercises, mindfullness strategies and educational information to guide you through the physical changes in your body during the second trimester. You will learn how to avoid and self treat some of the most common aches and pains that may begin to manifest during the second trimester. This course spans over 12 weeks and prepares you for the Third trimester conditioning course offered.
