First trimester conditioning
With this course you will learn the fundamentals of preparing your body thorugh the journey of pregnancy. You will be provided with strengthening exercises of the core and pelvic floor to help create a strong foundation as your body changes throughout each trimester of your pregnancy. You will receive exercises, sptretches and educational information each week. This course will span over 6 weeks. Depending on the week you discover that you are pregnant it is encouraged to repeat the weekly course over agin until you proceed into the second trimester. Please see our second trimester course for contonued advancement of exercises and modifications you will need to impliment into your daily routine.
