THE STORY

For years, I have served as a useful source for those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. In January 2018 I founded Aspire Wellness 501(C)(3) non-profit organization based in San Diego, California with a mission to give others the knowledge and passion I have for health.

Hello, my name is Dr. Elizabeth Farrell, DC and I have been a practicing chiropractor since 2006. I believe that wellness should not be reserved for the wealthy and that finances should never be the only barrier to experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care, massage therapy, physical therapy, yoga, nutrition, and wellness education. As such, it is our mission to expand access to high-quality wellness care for under-served populations including full-time students, low-income families, senior citizens, active military/veterans and their family.

Through online education, I aim to reach those that may not be able to access high-quality wellness care. Through on-site chiropractic care at a private clinic in San Diego, CA, I aim to deliver high-quality care and education to those in need. Through fundraising and donations, a bigger goal of Aspire Wellness is to deliver high-quality care internationally with our growing team of healthcare professionals (doctor of chiropractic, yoga instructors, massage therapists, physical therapists, registered dietitian, certified herbal medicine, life coaching, and registered nurses).

The inspiration for Aspire Wellness started after a volunteer program in 2005.  I had the privilege of donating my time and chiropractic skills to the people of southern Brazil during a Clinic Abroad Program through Palmer Chiropractic College. A clinic was established in Garopaba, Santa Catarina and Florianopolis to offer complimentary health screenings and chiropractic care to those in need. The clinic was able to treat hundreds of people, in addition, to provide education and resources for continued physical care in the area. It was truly an inspirational moment in my life and one that continues to fuel my passion to help.
